BPL card holders will get 5 lakh insurance benefits
There is a news of happiness for BPL card holders. Under the Centenary Life Insurance Scheme of the Central Government, such people will have five lakhs of health insurance plans. The department has started preparing for the survey.
According to the government’s intention to train from the government, the name of the medical officer has been sent to the government. After training, it will train the staff in the district. Under the National Health Protection Mission, the government is going to start the scheme. The poor people will get the benefit of this. People who can get free treatment anywhere. From the ward level to the level of the Gram Panchayat, the survey of the poor will be done.
On the basis of the census done in 2011, the team will conduct survey by visiting BPL card holders and insure the people on the basis of eligibility. Those people whose cards are not made, if those people are found eligible then those people will also be insured. The Health Department will identify people who are entitled to this plan. Given the plan, the name of a block level officer and a medical officer has been sent to the government for training on the instructions of the government.
These people will be trained in the context of planning in the district after training. Considering the sources of health department, this scheme will prove to be a milestone for the poor families.
